5 Capitals carried out a gap analysis of E&S documentation for the Gaad and Decheto Ethiopia Scaling Solar Photovoltaic Independent Power Projects (IPP) against lending bank requirements. Based on the inconsistences in the scope of the EIA prepared by the local consultant, 5 Capitals were engaged to undertake an update and full ESIA prepared specifically for the lenders as well as preparing a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) and Indigenous Peoples Plan for each of the projects.
