As an example, in the built environment our team has experience gained over many years involvement in the assessment of commercial and residential buildings, infrastructure projects and new town developments, particularly with BREEAM related “green building” standards applied in the UK.

With the visionary announcement of the Green Building Initiative in Dubai, in January 2008, by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, our team has demonstrated commitment in raising awareness of sustainability and green building issues in Dubai, through workshop training sessions with local design teams.  Our combination of practical experience and LEED Accredited Professionals ensures that we deliver expert advice balancing environmental and cost issues.

Application of LEED “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” in Dubai, includes our past experience of energy and water conservation projects, landscaping with native and adaptive plants and waste minimization and waste recycling projects.  These together contribute towards a more sustainable future in Dubai and we are committed to this objective.
